One to one coaching for CEOs, senior leaders or any team member who needs support

Being a CEO or senior leader, juggling multiple priorities, recruiting, retaining and leading a team, maximising income and managing costs, and being responsible for ensuring the charity can achieve maximum impact can be challenging and sometimes isolating.

Would some headspace, dedicated time and confidential support support you to explore some challenges and find a way forward?

Do you want to show your team that you value them and want to invest in their development?

Do you have members of your team who need some more support to develop leadership skills, confidence, or other skills, to maximise their performance or to step into a more senior role?

My coaching programmes comprise six 90 minute sessions with additional tools and exercises in between sessions as appropriate.  When the coaching is for a member of your team, there will be an initial meeting with myself, the line manager and the member of staff, to discuss and agree key objectives for the coaching and then a review meeting at the end of the coaching period to evaluate progress.

The coaching programmes support individuals to set goals or intentions, explore challenges and barriers and feel challenged and empowered to find the best way forward and be the best you can be, to achieve the very best outcomes for your charity.

You may also want to consider putting a coaching and learning and development programme in place in your charity over a six month period, whereby members of staff can apply to be considered for coaching - a really great way of showing how much you value your staff.

To discuss coaching for you or for members of your team, please email me at carolinedewfall@gmail.com to arrange a time to chat.
